WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR NEW VEHICLES

Main Responsibilities
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and present new Ford vehicles (and other brands depending on stock) that meet their criteria.
- Explain financing and leasing options and guide the customer throughout the purchasing process.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while providing impeccable customer service.
- Work closely with the Finance and Service teams to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
- Manage and develop an existing customer base through post-sale follow-up and loyalty opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive sales,
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and thrive in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and office software; ability to quickly learn financing and leasing procedures.
- Fluency in French; English is an asset.
