About CSN Collision
CSN Collision repairs over 200,000 vehicles annually across 400+ centers in three countries, providing trusted vehicle restoration to like-new condition. We are looking for a Bilingual Field Technical Analyst to be the technical and KPI analysis point for our Quebec & Eastern Canada operations. Collaborate with the National Field Technical Manager and other teams to improve shop operations using CSN Systems. Your role includes case management, targeted audits, and shop operations, with an emphasis on automotive industry expertise and system knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve urgent and complex technical repair cases
- Conduct targeted estimate audits to guide insurance KPI performance
- Support licensees in leveraging CSN Systems and OEM certifications
- Report monthly on case progress, store engagement, and KPI performance
Requirements
- 5+ years in collision repair industry and estimate experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell)
- OEM procedural expertise and ongoing technical certification (I-Car, ADAS, EV, etc.)
- Valid driver's license with readiness for travel including overnight stays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and GAA rules within Quebec
