Join as a Field Technical Analyst to provide technical and KPI analysis supporting CSN Field Operations within Quebec & Eastern Canada. Collaborate closely with management to improve licensee business operations, resolve urgent issues, conduct audits, and enhance system usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as technical contact point for repair-related information.
- Manage urgent cases and mediate complex issues.
- Perform targeted auditing to improve insurance KPI and profitability.
- Support shop operations and onboarding.
- Monthly reporting on case management, challenges, and KPI performance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in collision repair industry with estimating experience.
- Proficient in Audatex & Mitchell systems and OEM certification.
- Compliance with GAA rules within Quebec.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced, managing multiple priorities remotely.
