Role Summary
As the Field Operations Manager for Ontario, you will be the key liaison for CSN Licensees in your region. You will collaborate with teams to expand and optimize licensees' business operations through leveraging partnerships, marketing tools, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Quarterly store visits to enhance business growth, insurance program performance, vendor utilization, and new initiatives.
- Lead virtual and in-person regional meetings.
- Resolve store issues promptly and escalate complex cases.
- Develop training content and oversee licensee training.
- Monthly reporting on case progress, challenges, and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years management experience in collision repair.
- Post-secondary or trade education in business or related field preferred.
- At least 3 years estimating experience with Canadian systems (Audatex & Mitchell).
- OEM procedural lookup expertise.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (vehicle allowance provided).
